🎉 Exciting news, Flores/Zapata Elementary families! The 2026–2027 After School Program (ASP) is right around the corner, and we can’t wait for another fantastic year of learning and fun! 🌟
Here is everything you need to know to get your student signed up:
Program Options
- UIL Events: Offered once a week (Monday–Thursday) during the Fall semester only. Note: UIL events will NOT be offered during the Spring semester.
- After School Enrichment & Clubs: Offered once a week (Monday–Thursday) year-round.
- Twice-a-Week Clubs: Kinder Enrichment, 1st Grade Enrichment, and Fitness Enrichment are offered twice a week!
Important Spot & Attendance Rules
- First Come, First Served: Space is limited to 20 students per Enrichment and Club events and 12 students per UIL event. Additional sign-ups will go on a waitlist.
- Daily Limit: Please select only ONE option per day for your child.
- Attendance: Students with 3 or more consecutive absences will be dropped from their club—no exceptions!

- Sign-Up Deadline: Wednesday, August 26th @ 6:00 PM
- Status Notifications Sent: Friday, August 28th
- ASP Official Start Date: Monday, August 31st
